As a bilingual professional with experience across the U.S. and Latin America, I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to operations, product development, and client success. I specialize in turning ideas into scalable systems, driving results across early-stage ventures, enterprise settings, and cross-functional teams.
I have led multifunctional teams in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, developing AI-driven SaaS tools, managing complex workflows, optimizing reporting systems, and ensuring operational compliance across finance, HR, and legal frameworks. As co-founder and director of WriteWise, I built the company from scratch with bootstrapped resources and government grants, launching a commercially viable AI writing platform used by researchers and institutions around the world. I wore many hats, leading product iterations, testing, sales pipeline design, payment integration, investor negotiation, and grant reporting. This while managing internal developers and contractors across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
My experience at LATAM Airlines has focused on process design and innovation within translation operations. I developed reporting structures to track productivity and implemented AI-assisted workflows using GPT, in collaboration with UX designers, marketers, and internal clients. Before that, I contributed to a range of sectors, including telecom, mining, infrastructure, and electric power, as a B2B Account Executive, strengthening client portfolios and managing large subscription-based sales.
I have also provided over 500 English-language translations and edits of academic documents, including manuscripts, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and readiness for peer-reviewed publication.
I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Hult International Business School, where I was recognized as the Peer of the Year in 2021 for my academic excellence, leadership skills, and contributions to the Hult community. I have a global mindset and a commitment to honesty, respect, inclusivity, and resourcefulness.

- Define and construct internal metrics for measuring the translation flow and output productivity, specifically through the use of vibe coding
- Use ChatGPT to facilitate the translation flow through the construction of an English-specific GPT based on internal-content, style, and tone guidelines
- Conduct moderated, UX-driven interviews with end clients to define pain points, needs, and areas for improvement in product development

As the cofounder of WriteWise, our software has, since its inception, integrated AI-driven language models. I personally led the integration of ChatGPT into WriteWise and have quickly gained certifications and experience in this technology of the future.
I have six years of experience in the practical development and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) – i.e., the models on which ChatGPT is based. These LLMs were specifically applied to academic writing.
With my cofounder, Dr. Eduardo Fuentes, I led and was hands-on in the development of WriteWise. In its initial iteration, this software used an LLM to classify the communicational purpose of each sentence in the different sections of academic papers.
Since 2017, I have witnessed the rapid advancement of LLMs, the development of which has led from GPT-1 to GPT-4. This invaluable tool is already proving its many applications for all aspects of business.
